We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Program Supervisor to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Adolescent Residential team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to youth in our day treatment program.

What You’ll Do

As the Program Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the 24-hour treatment team in Greenville, NC. You will be in charge of compliance, team training, as well as monitoring the budget and administrative policies. The Supervisor provides site supervision as well as direct supervision of the 12 PORT Health staff to ensure growth, consistency, and continued financial viability of the program; the ability to multi-task and think outside the box are critical skills to success in this integral team leadership position.

How You’ll Benefit

You’ll earn a competitive salary between $57,000 and 60,000 annually depending on skills and experience. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm; evenings and weekends as needed. We also offer benefits to those regularly working 30 hours or more per week.

What We’re Looking For

To join our team as the Program Supervisor you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application for youth and adolescents, possess top-tier communication skills, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis, and be able to provide on-call support. We also require:

  • Full Substance Abuse and/or MH licensure
    1. LCAS, CCS, LCSW, LCMHC
  • Minimum of three years of supervisory experience; in substance abuse preferred
  • Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
