The Mission & Your Role:

With a team mission to make fun possible your role within that is to help bring to life unique event experiences serving as a lead event expert to internal and external clients with various productions including but are not limited to indoor/outdoor activations, concerts, festivals, tradeshows and conference events, ranging from 50 to 5,000 persons. Your effort will support the goals of growing our brand and our business by helping make fun possible through great experiences.

Specific Outcomes & Responsibilities:


  • Manage day-to-day client relationships including all aspects for deliverables (internal and external) for events - ie. menus, entertainment, transportation, audio visual and other vendors. 
  • Prospect, review and select all sites and venues, along with contracting which includes negotiation. 
  • Onsite management as continued leader and manager of all moving pieces as required per event.  
  • Monitor and manage event recruitment efforts through registration platform, which includes ongoing communication to registered participants. Provide strategic insight on marketing activity tracking target goals and budget.  
  • Draft and maintain approved budgets per project, while updating along that way with accurate estimates and projections maintaining weekly event reports review. 
  • Coordinate planning efforts across departments such as sales and marketing to ensure event success.


Competencies:


  • Strong event production experience within various roles and event style
  • Budget management, financial management and projection skills
  • Be the event expert for all event-related inquiries, with a track record of great industry relationships with clients and vendors 
  • Ability to multitask, resolve on the spot matters with little to no supervision. 
  • Proficiency using online software platforms related to event registration, project management and day to day tools. 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Proficiency and confidence in leading, managing, and coordinating full and part-time staff members
