Commercial HVAC Service Technician

A&E Plumbing Heating and Air is currently seeking a Commercial Service Technician to join our team in Hood River, OR. COMPENSATION: Flat rate at $28.00 - $42.00 depending on experience

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with some overtime required

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or its equivalent
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• 5+ years of HVAC service experience
• Universal EPA Certification
• Excellent communication skills with customers and coworkers
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work as a team
• Ability to train and supervise others

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be able to sit, stand, squat, and lift up to 60 lbs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Make sure all charges are correct and collect for all work performed per company policy and procedures
• Arrive at the job site at the scheduled time and location as dispatched
• Relocate from one job site to another as scheduled
• Perform service and maintenance on commercial HVAC systems
• Report problems with equipment to the Service Dispatcher to expedite parts delivery
• Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times
