This position requires a strategic & detail-oriented individual who can manage billing, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliation and more.
Monday through Friday 8am-5pm,
Responsibilities (general):
Driven & Self-motivated.
Able to work under pressure in a sometimes fast paced environment.
Strong organizational skills & ability to multitask.
Excellent problem solving & critical thinking skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Proficient in the following:
Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
Qualifications
- A dynamic individual with a strong sense of organization, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Outgoing with a professional demeanor
- Excellent people skills, with a commitment to customer service
- Complete basic bookkeeping & record keeping duties.
- Reconcile bank accounts & credit card transactions.
- Manage accounts payable.
- Manage accounts receivable.
- Experience handling money.
- Make Daily Deposits to facility bank account.
