Salary: $16-$18
MEINCO is seeking to fill the position of a Designer / Field Technician. The position requires the ability to learn soil classification, basic survey skills, and the preparation of construction plans. The Designer / Field Technician position is an integral part of MEINCO’s continued growth.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Interact with homeowners, builders, and developers.
- Field layout of wastewater systems.
- Prepare construction plans.
- Support Lead Designer in various duties deemed necessary.
Onsite Wastewater Designer Skills Required
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
- Professionalism and organizational skills.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
- Basic drafting skills, or the ability to learn.
- Technology literate.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
- High School Diploma, minimum
- Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred with emphasis in math and science.
