WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

In addition to the meaningful work we do, we offer a competitive salary for this position. The expected pay for the Head of Finance role is $95,000 - $108,000 annually DOE.

This full-time director position works in-office with frequent meetings and event attendance at a variety of off-site locations.


YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER

As the Head of Finance, your role entails maintaining a comprehensive understanding of our organization's financial policies and ensuring strict adherence to them. You lead by example, ensuring that all expenditures align with our policies and are accurately reported. A key aspect of your responsibility involves meeting all fiscal reporting deadlines set by the organization, and guaranteeing accurate and timely reporting of financial information. In addition to overseeing payroll submission, you ensure compliance with our policies, including timely submission and arranging appropriate coverage of payroll obligations, even when you're out of the office. Your meticulous attention to detail and unwavering commitment to policy adherence play a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity of our organization.


WHAT'S REQUIRED?

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, or a closely related field preferred
  • Life experience, prior employment, education, and life-long learning will be considered in place of formal education
