This individual will perform a variety of human resource, administrative and finance/accounting tasks and will report directly to the President/COO. Being detail oriented, having effective communication skills and working well in a team is necessary for this role.

Major Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that support the QuikCut’s overall goals and objectives. Collaborate with senior management to align HR policies with the company's vision.

· Lead recruitment efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top-tier talent. Develop and implement effective onboarding processes. Oversee performance management, employee development, and succession planning.

· Act as a liaison between associates and management. Address associate concerns, grievances, and disciplinary issues while ensuring fair and consistent practices. Foster a positive workplace culture and associate engagement.

· Develop and administer competitive and equitable compensation and benefits programs. Analyze market trends and ensure QuikCut’s benefit package remains attractive to current and prospective associates.

· Stay updated on labor laws and regulations and ensure company compliance. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with legal requirements.

· Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate associate development initiatives. Promote continuous learning and skill development among the workforces.

· Oversee HR operations, employee records, HRIS management, and reporting. Ensure accurate and timely documentation and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

· Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.

· Plan and coordinate all aspects of events for QuikCut associates; minimum of 4 a year.


Relationships:
Supervised by: President & COO

Requirements:

· Bachelor's Degree preferred in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

· Progressive HR experience preferred

· In-depth knowledge of HR functions, employment laws, and best practices.

· Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic HR planning.

· HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, SPHR) is a plus.
