Genesis of Charlotte has a full-time sales concierge position available. We are looking for a super-friendly, professional person to make our customer's experience the best it can be!

Responsibilities:

• Making the customer experience the best it can be
• Checking In New Inventory 
• Transport loaner Genesis vehicle to the client when needed.
• Managing the lot daily, gas, and merchandising
• Assigning vehicles to the proper location and display
• Weekly Inventory Audits.
• Refresh New Vehicle Deliveries if needed 
• Support the experience managers when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide concierge services when needed.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to follow directions
• Super cheerful and super friendly personality
• Past experience in a customer service environment with “face-to-face” interaction is a plus.
• Personal and professional integrity.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history report.
• Good communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Utilize good judgment.
• Apply safe driving skills.
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
