Are you an experienced CAD professional with a strong background in MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a CAD Manager. This is a full-time position with the opportunity to lead and shape our CAD department.

Your Qualifications:

Extensive Experience: You bring a minimum of ten years of experience in MicroStation and AutoCAD Civil 3D, preferably with a background in bridge and roadway design for transportation agencies in the region.

Your Responsibilities:

Department Management: You will manage our CAD Department, overseeing the drafting of design projects and ensuring the team's success.

Standards Development: Develop, implement, and monitor CAD design standards and procedures to meet customer needs. Your expertise will drive efficiency and excellence in our CAD processes.

Team Leadership: Provide guidance and direction to our CAD team, fostering operational and technical excellence. You will work closely with Engineering Managers to address technical and training needs.

Efficiency Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiencies and make recommendations for implementation.

Documentation: Maintain meticulous records of generated design deliverables, ensuring that documentation is accurate and up to date.

Collaborative Spirit: Foster positive working relationships with all levels of the organization, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
