We are seeking a highly professional RN who will be a vital member of our talented Home Care team focused on patient-centered clinical excellence by communicating with patients, families and partnering with our team of interdisciplinary healthcare providers in the evaluation of patient progress towards outcomes and care provision. Education and experience:

  • Works independently and takes initiative on behalf of the patient
  • Manages time effectively
  • Demonstrates accountability and responsibility for safe patient care
  • Minimum 1 year in home health preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of medical/surgical experience preferred

Licensure, registration or certification:

  • Associate degree (ADN) or Bachelor's degree (BSN) from an ACEN or CCNE accredited school of nursing
  • Current Registered Nurse licensure in state of Kansas
  • Certification in CPR/Basic Life Support
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
