We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Assistant Manager to join our team at Town Square Jewelers, Inc. in Fayetteville, GA. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals in a creative and fun environment. The primary responsibility of the Sales Assistant Manager is to maximize sales and provide excellent customer service.
$15 - $20+ hourly
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to customers both in-store and online
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement sales and promotional strategies
- Manage customer relationships and maintain a network of contacts
- Analyze sales data and develop strategies to optimize store performance
- US Work Authorization
- Minimum 2 years of customer service and sales experience
- Pass a criminal background check
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
We are a family-owned 30-year-old independent jewelry company. We are located in downtown Fayetteville. We aren't open at night and we are closed on Sunday and Monday. Because we are independent we are responsible for buying our merchandise, displaying, sales training, cleaning, advertising, and customer service.
