This position functions as a senior member of the Site Development Services team, with the purpose of facilitating the completion of assigned projects and tasks by providing leadership, direction, training, and mentoring to junior staff within the team organization, and coordination and cooperation with the client and other teams & personnel within the firm. The objective of this position is to deliver construction plans that: a) clearly convey to the client and his contractors the implementation of the land plan; b) meet the requirements of our agreement as to type and quality of services and timeliness of completion; c) meet the approval of local, state, and federal governing authorities, and; d) meet company goals of team and firm profitability
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must have strong site design experience
- Prefer to have either PE license or Surveyor License
- Atleast 8+ years of experience
- Strong communication skills.
