SUMMARY of Duties

We are looking for a well-presented, friendly, organized, and service-oriented Concierge to join our community. You'll be responsible for performing various administrative tasks, such as answering multi-line telephones, assisting in arranging luxury amenities, and answering all guests' questions and concerns, as well as assisting in the daily operations of in a luxury Active Senior Living community. Concierges are often the first employee people come into contact with, so you must be personable and have outstanding interpersonal communication skills. You'll also be responsible for leaving a good first impression for the organization.

Work Experience Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in a related position, preferably in long term care industry, is desired

Educational Qualifications

• A High school diploma or equivalent is required
