Forklift Operator: Monticello, Wisconsin
Our customer in Monticello, Wisconsin is a family-owned warehouse and storage company. They are seeking a motivated individual to join their growing team as a Forklift Operator. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with forklift operation experience who are looking to work in a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:
- Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Perform case-picking tasks as needed.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Forklift operation experience is a must.
- WMS knowledge/experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a cold environment (refrigerated room at approximately 32 degrees, freezer around 0 degrees).
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Pay for Forklift Operator: Starting at $17.50/hour.
