Mendocino Community Health Center (MCHC) has an opening for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team providing therapy services in a primary care setting. We are seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) California licensed therapist to join our dynamic team. Hybrid work is an option.

• We run a Pod model for our care team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and Primary Care Counselors (LCSWs and Psychologists) to provide true wrap-around care. We also have language immersive Pods to provide culturally competent healthcare to our pts.

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• One of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
• Active California licensure
• Knowledge and experience in individual counseling

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual/Bicultural (English/Spanish)
• One or more years’ experience working within an integrated, primary care setting
