Mendocino Community Health Center (MCHC) has an opening for a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PsyD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team providing therapy services in a primary care setting. MCHC provides comprehensive services for the communities of Mendocino and Lake Counties that in addition to Behavioral Health, include Primary Care, Dental, Women's Health, and specialty care services such as Psychiatry. We are seeking a bi-lingual (Spanish/English) California licensed therapist to join our dynamic team. Hybrid work is an option.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • We run a Pod model for our care team. This consists of a group of dedicated Medical Providers, MAs, LVN case managers, and Primary Care Counselors (LCSWs and Psychologists) to provide true wrap-around care. We also have language immersive Pods to provide culturally competent healthcare to our pts.

Requirements:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • One of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Ph.D./Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology
  • Active California licensure
  • Knowledge and experience in individual counseling

PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual/Bicultural (English/Spanish)
  • One or more years’ experience working within an integrated, primary care setting
