PRODUCT COMPLAINT & RETURNS SUPERVISOR

SupplyLink is a business-to-business inventory management company.

Located in Hurricane and St. George, Utah. We are looking for a full-time, in-person Product Complaint & Returns Supervisor.

You will oversee product complaints and returns by reviewing, documenting, and routing received returns while leading your team in their responsibilities.

What you will do:

• Review and update the returns process
• Receive, document, and route complaints to the appropriate area
• Create, document, and close out corrective and preventive actions
• Oversee data collection for all returned orders
• Manage product quality selection and separation
• Coordinate warehouse space with the Warehouse Manager
• Stage returns according to first-in first-out process
• Handle general managerial tasks like team training, goal setting, team scheduling, and more
• Train team members on Product Complaint & Returns processes and policies
• Create and approve policies as needed

Pay: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour + Bonuses

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
