Position Summary:

The ERP Systems Manager has the opportunity to utilize their ERP knowledge and expertise to drive new enhancements and process improvements. You'll thrive in this position with your strong ability to understand different user types and create solutions based on the variety of business processes and how they integrate with the ERP system. Strong communication skills and building relationships with key stakeholders is critical.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall Sage X3 ERP systems and processes - architect to design and customize needs as required. To include project key milestones, timelines and budgets.
  • Responsible for the creation, organization, execution, and successful completion of projects, acting as the primary point of contact for all ERP related projects.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, consultants, and clients, focusing on adherence to scope, timeline, and budgets, ensuring project deliverables, deadlines, and client expectations are met.
  • Analyze business processes with ERP system and make strategic plans to increase productivity and meet organizational objectives.
  • Work with executive team, users and developers (as required) to adapt and customize Sage X3 to include new MRP implementation.
  • Identify opportunities to increase effectiveness and visibility for actionable business intelligence.
  • Support change management as needed to support new operations and functionality.
  • Effectively troubleshoot issues and identify new opportunities for improvements.
  • Support end-users with documentation and training and ongoing support as needed with team members and users.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software or systems engineering, business, or other technology-related field preferred.
  • ERP Expert with minimum 8-10 years experience working with ERP systems, SageX3 specific experience is preferred.
  • Fluent in MRP & Manufacturing applications.
  • Project management skills, including design, development and implementation.
  • Strong communicator - excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong time management skills and sense of urgency.

The pay for this role in the state of CA ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 based on years of experience, position responsibilities and geographic location.
