DVS is looking for an IT Cloud Manager to support a large DoD team. This position requires an active secret clearance. The work location will be Fort Huachuca, AZ position and will support the RCC-C, which provides cutting-edge technology in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Maintain and administer endpoints via Microsoft products such as Intune and Entra ID.
  • Create and update device configuration policies via Intune.
  • Package, test and deploy applications to endpoints via Intune.
  • Act as Tier 2 support for a vast number of end users and their devices on a global scale.
  • Create and maintain knowledge base articles to provide guidance for Tiers 0, 1, and 2 support.
  • Work closely with remote customers to provide excellent customer support and resolve issues at an enterprise scale.
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 support with thorough and generous detail.
  • Operate and maintain servers and systems utilized to support an enterprise IT solution.
  • Provide support in addition to maintaining and operating enterprise print service via Printer Logic.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Education/Experience:
    • Associate: HS +2 years relevant IT experience OR AA/AS.
    • Intermediate: HS +4 OR AA/AS +2 years relevant IT experience OR BA/BS.
    • Senior: HS +6 OR AA/AS +4 OR BA/BS + 2 years of relevant IT experience OR MA/MS.
  • Certifications:
    • IAT II certification (Security+ CE, CCNA Security, SSCP or equivalent) required at start.
    • One of the following: MD-100, MD-101, MD-102, AZ-900, AZ-104 within 180 days of start.
  • Adaptive time management skills when operating in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Strong, dedicated work ethic with emphasis on attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Self-driven attitude with the initiative to undertake projects where guidance may be lacking.
  • Experience operating & administering Windows 10/11 and Server operating systems.
  • Proficiency in deploying updates, applications, and task sequences via MECM/SCCM.
  • Familiarity with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) or Active Directory.
  • Firm understanding of network concepts.
  • Knowledgeable in PowerShell scripting.
