Job Description

Hattie B's HOT Chicken at the Nashville International Airport is currently interviewing for a Manager that smiles & hustles & cares about culture.

We all know the difference it makes when everybody is enjoying the day and each other. Shifts fly by, guests get treated better, the inside jokes are funnier, food tastes better. That’s the culture we've tried to create and the one we want to build upon. But that takes great leaders. We don't want just ANYBODY. We aren’t saying we’re a special elite force, but we aren’t NOT saying that. It takes a certain kind of person that can roll hard like we do, serve lots of people all day and still have fun. So, yea… it’s a special elite force.

Please keep reading if:
* You are dependable and mature and take care of yourself.
* You are curious. You like to learn and take pride in what you do.
* It feels good to get the little things right.
* You look for solutions instead of problems.
* If someone needs something, you’re one of the first to offer help.
* Feeding people delicious food makes you happy.
* You are empathetic and listen to people. You like to help coach them on their emotional response because you are a consistent and kind leader.
