Sales Manager

Position Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Sales Manager and be a key player in driving the success of one of the fastest-growing online fitness and nutrition brands in the country. We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to lead our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing the sales team, and ensuring exceptional Client and Coach satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales team to optimize their performance and achieve individual and team goals
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
• Analyze sales data and trends to provide insights, make recommendations, and drive continuous improvement
• Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance to senior management
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in digital sales performance
• Proven experience in sales management
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment
