The Clinical Research Call Center Agent is responsible for effectively managing communication within the clinical research call center. This role involves reaching out to patients, explaining study details, scheduling appointments, requesting release forms, and entering patient data in real-time Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS). The agent must ensure adherence to protocols during these interactions.

Requirements:

Patient Communication:


  • Initiate calls to patients to explain details of the clinical research study.
  • Effectively communicate study-related information and answer patient inquiries.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish


Appointment Reminders:


  • Call patients to provide appointment reminders and ensure timely attendance.


Release Forms:


  • Request and collect necessary release forms from patients, ensuring proper documentation.


CTMS Data Entry:

  • Enter patient data in real-time into the Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS).
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered during patient interactions.


Protocol Adherence:


  • Follow established protocols during patient communication, appointment scheduling, and data entry processes.
  • Document any deviations from protocols and report as necessary.


Record Keeping:


  • Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, appointment schedules, and release form submissions.


Effective Communication:

  • Communicate clearly and concisely with patients to facilitate understanding of the study.
  • Collaborate with study team members for seamless information flow
