Injection Molding Automation Superintendent

The ideal candidate should have the following attributes and/or skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering field or equivalent work experience
• 2+/- years of experience in related field of work
• Personnel management and organization processes
• Organizational structures
• Construction of injection molding machines
• Tools
• Proficiency with general equipment performance management (OEE)
• Training systems
• Standardized Work.
• Core Tools basic level in PFMA, Control Plan, Flowchart, Pareto’s, 8 D´s, Lean Manufacturing

Main Duties

• Design and building of removal EOAT.
• Design and building of devices with the purpose of rationalization.
• Procurement, commissioning, and optimization of periphery machines.
• Starting up and optimization of machines.
• Making suggestions to improve the used processes and working methods.
• Sampling/Setting up for new products.
• Process approval of customer projects fitters.
• Set up and implement pre- and post- molding auxiliary equipment.
• Continuous improvement in the area.
• Responsible for the employees of the shift.
• Taking part in complaints and collected committee meetings (internal / external).
• Independent instigation of necessary repairs within the authority.
• Personnel planning and applications planning to include temporary workers (shift specific).
• Training of new staff.
• Optimization of the processes with lean manufacturing activities.
• Whole organization commissioning areas / JIS assembly.
• Organization and optimization of working processes.
• Order and safety, 5S process.
• Ergonomics of the workplaces.
• Creating and analyzing quality data of the delegated shift.
• Doing staff instructions and staff meetings.
