Our client, a premiere a real estate development company is looking to add a Superintendent to their growing team. The company has been actively involved in development and construction in the Crescent Bar Area for many years and foresees additional projects in this region after the current one.

The ideal candidate should have experience in high-end ground-up construction, with a strong eye for detail. Responsibilities include coordinating site activities, maintaining quality standards, supervising personnel, and ensuring timely completion. If you're skilled at managing construction phases within budget and schedule constraints, we'd like to hear from you.

Construction Superintendent Responsibilities:

• Coordinating subcontractors for each development phase to maintain craftsmanship and efficiency.
• Ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Prioritizing and scheduling tasks on the jobsite.
• Reviewing contracts and bids, collaborating with team members through procurement, and sourcing alternative products and suppliers.
• Managing material orders, deliveries, and storage logistics.
• Documenting progress with daily reports, logs, and photos.
• Making proactive, logical decisions with minimal oversight.

Construction Superintendent Qualifications:

• At least 8 years relevant residential construction experience, including ground-up luxury homes.
• Strong communication skills, able to effectively interact with all organizational levels, customers, and subcontractors.
• Comprehensive understanding of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
