Position – Assembler

Job Location – Random Lake, Wisconsin

Starting Date – Immediate

Employment Term – Temp-to-Hire

Employment Type – Full-Time

Work Hours – 1st Shift (7:00am to 3:00 pm) Monday - Friday

Starting Pay – $15.00/Hour

This person will be responsible for fabrication of electronic assemblies and other related products which are used in POP displays and other functionality based on the customers' requirements. Process used include small motor assembly, soldering, and metal fabrication under the direction of the department lead person.

Responsibilities

- Produce sub-assemblies and finished assemblies

- Assemble small motor gear trains, solder leadwires to motor and metal fabrication

- Bulk package

- Work with small detailed parts and small hand tools

- Equipment used: screwdrivers, tape, knives, bench press, eyeletting machine, soldering equipment, drill press and deburring equipment

- Train on all areas of motor assembly

- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

- Detail oriented

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Able to lift 40lbs routinely

- Able to sit/stand duration of the shift

- Must be able to grasp, power grasp, and have fine manipulation motor skills
