General Manager

Our FiiZ Drinks + Oakley Roasting Company store in Kamas, Utah is seeking a General Manager to provide the ongoing leadership to ensure the efficient and successful operation of the store. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing staff, optimizing customer service, and driving sales performance. We are looking for an experienced General Manager who is qualified and committed to leading the success of a popular and fast-growing franchise location. Our General Manager will manage the overall operation of the store. You will report to and take direction from the District Manager. You will supervise and direct the team, make staffing decisions (i.e., hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging, staffing, and scheduling), ensure customer satisfaction and product quality, manage the store's financial performance, and manage safety and security within the store.

Qualifications and Expectations

Our General Manager will have a high school diploma or GED and have demonstrated skills managing a food service location or any combination of education, experience, and training which provides the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Foodservice P&L management experience for a minimum of two years, with underlying overall working restaurant experience of at least four years
• Entrepreneurial mentality with a willingness to roll up sleeves and chip in where needed.
• Ability to stay calm during periods of high volume or stress and manage smooth transitions thereafter to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the store team.
• Be product-minded, customer-minded, people-minded, detailed, forward-focused, and consistent.
• Ability to accept feedback and be accountable for your own success, as well as the success of your team.
• Make logical, significant decisions using general, recognized skills and technique.
• Lead with integrity, a positive attitude, be mission-driven, and be self-directed with a demonstrated passion for our mission and commitment to working collaboratively.
• Be product-minded, customer-minded, people-minded, detailed, forward-focused, and consistent.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program is preferred and may substitute for a portion of job experience requirements.
• State Food Safety Certification
