A&C Plastics is seeking a full-time Bilingual Receptionist for our fast-paced front office.

HOURS: Monday - Friday, 7:30am -5:15pm

COMPENSATION: $15.00-16.00 per hour, depending on experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Answering multiple phone lines in a cheerful and prompt manner
  • Greet guests/customers and announce their arrival to the appropriate party
  • Maintain lobby, sample closet, and showroom so they are neat and organized and keep reception area clean and tidy
  • Confirm all orders by immediately sending order confirmations to customers
  • Call or text customers upon completion of orders
  • Process credit card, check, and cash payments
  • Cash handling
  • Provide order status and tracking info and communicate with warehouse manager and warehouse personnel
  • Distribute mail daily
  • Handle complaints at the will call area
  • Complete thank you cards weekly
  • Mailing/shipping sample requests
  • Monthly goodie bag and give away mail outs
  • Providing support to the sales staff, customer service manager, and company president
  • Other duties as assigned

SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS:

  • Receptionist/Front Office/Customer Service experience preferred
  • MUST be fluent in both English & Spanish
  • Experienced with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Be highly professional and organized
  • Have a professional image
  • Works well under pressure
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent communicator both oral and written
  • Sets a goal then take action to conquer it
  • Effective multi-tasker
  • Is always learning, growing and being stretched
  • Desires to be a part of something larger than themselves
  • Knows how to work a PC
  • Non-smoker
  • Willing to lift boxes, clean floors, and hold doors if that's what it takes to get something done.
