We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to write and execute tests to ensure product quality.  As a QA Analyst, you will be designing and implementing tests, debugging, and taking corrective actions. The position is *Remote* but candidate must reside in the Metro Atlanta area.


Job Responsibilities


  • Review and validate requirements and technical specifications.
  • Assist with the development of detailed test cases based on requirements and prioritization.
  • Assist in the development and management of effective Test Plans and Test Strategy.
  • Participate in all levels of testing phases (Function, System and Regression).
  • Analyze failures to find the root cause and provide details to the development team for resolution.
  • Develop high-quality complex test scenarios.
  • Deliver tasks independently and on time under pressure without compromising the quality.
  • Document results; offer observations or improvements after analysis of test results and overall product quality.


Required Skills


  • Experience in mobile browser testing (iOS and Android).
  • Experience in cross-browser testing.
  • Experience in API testing.
  • Experience with database testing.
  • Experience reading and analyzing log files.
  • Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
  • Experience with web-based application testing (minimum 3+ yr).
  • Experience with integration testing between applications (minimum 3+ yr).
  • Identifies, communicates, and escalates issues as required.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle.
  • Communicates professionally at all levels within and outside of the organization.


Additional Requirements


  • Ability to work independently with clients, proactive, and self-managed.
  • Experience using test management tools.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with programming languages and SQL.


Education & Experience


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of relevant project experience is required.  Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.
