Job Description
Cufflinks Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-time Bookkeeper to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. The Bookkeeper will be responsible for handling accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with other accounting tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Oracle Netsuite and Bill.com
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
