Job Description:

A Square Group is looking for a Junior Level Business Process Reengineering Specialist for our Zero Trust Architecture (ZTA) program. The Junior Business Process Reengineering Specialist will be instrumental in analyzing and redesigning business processes within the ZTA framework. The role demands an understanding of current business processes and the ability to re-engineer these processes for improved efficiency and security.


What You Will Do:

  • Analyze existing business processes and develop strategies for optimization within a Zero Trust framework.
  • Utilize tools and applications like BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation), Microsoft Visio, and ARIS for process mapping and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with IT teams to align business process changes with Zero Trust security models.
  • Implement process improvements and monitor their effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cloud services with existing enterprise systems.
Requirements:

What We Need:

  • 6 years of experience in business process re-engineering, preferably in a technology-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with Zero Trust Architecture principles and related business processes.
  • Proficient in process mapping tools and software.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat.

Even Better:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience. Relevant training certifications are a plus. In place of a degree, we will consider a combination of training, certifications, and years of experience.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
