Overview:

As the Digital Transformation Sales Director, you will lead, coach and support a dynamic team of technical sales consultants responsible for driving sales growth through the promotion and implementation of digital transformation solutions to clients across various industries. Leveraging your expertise in digital technologies and strategic sales leadership, you will help develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, expand market presence, and drive customer success. This role requires a blend of sales acumen, technical knowledge, and strategic vision to navigate the evolving landscape of digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Sales Leadership:

Help develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies and plans to drive revenue growth and market penetration for digital transformation solutions.

Lead and inspire a high-performing sales team, setting clear objectives, providing coaching, training and mentorship, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

Identify emerging market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to inform sales strategies and capitalize on opportunities.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects, understanding their business challenges and objectives related to digital transformation.

Collaborate with clients to identify opportunities for digital innovation, aligning solutions to their strategic priorities and driving value realization.

Serve as a trusted advisor, providing thought leadership, technical expertise, and guidance throughout the sales cycle.

Solution Selling and Value Proposition:

Position digital transformation solutions effectively, articulating their value proposition and benefits to clients across different industries and sectors.

Conduct in-depth needs assessments and solution demonstrations, customizing offerings to address specific client requirements and pain points.

Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to refine messaging, develop sales collateral, and enhance go-to-market strategies.

Sales Pipeline Management:

Drive sales pipeline growth through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and qualification activities.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, tracking sales performance metrics and KPIs to measure progress against targets.

Identify and pursue cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing client accounts to maximize revenue potential.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner closely with internal teams, including product management, engineering, consulting, and customer success, to ensure alignment between client requirements and solution delivery.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, thought leadership content, and sales enablement resources.

Provide feedback from the field to inform product roadmap prioritization and drive continuous improvement of solutions and services.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or related field.

Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with at least 7 years of experience in selling digital transformation solutions or related technology services.

Deep understanding of Microsoft digital technologies such as Azure, SharePoint, Power Automate suite, Business Central, productivity suite, .NET framework etc. Understanding of ERP technologies such as SAP B1 or Sage 500 is a plus.

Understanding emerging technology trends, and their application to business transformation initiatives.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into tangible business outcomes and value propositions.

Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with C-level executives and key stakeholders.

Demonstrated leadership ability, with a focus on inspiring and developing high-performing sales teams.

A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for driving innovation and change.

Proficiency in CRM software, sales analytics tools, and office 365

A willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, and collaborate with remote team members.

Base salary: $130k

Commission\bonus opportunity: $30k
