About You

Join our dynamic team at Fury Motors, a premier dealership in Minnesota specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer service and providing top-quality automotive solutions to our customers. We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our sales team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers through their car-buying journey, providing expert advice, and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.

Primary Accountabilities

The day-to-day duties of this role include:

  • Offer assistance or direction to any customer who enters the car dealership showroom or sales lot
    • Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
      • Showcase and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers
    • Conduct test drives and highlight key features and benefits of different models
      • Explains product performance, application, benefits, and all optional equipment available
  • Provide accurate information on pricing, financing options, and dealership promotions
    • Collaborate with the finance department to secure financing and complete sales transactions
  • After vehicle purchase, introduces customers to service department personnel to emphasize the quality and efficiency of service maintenance available
  • Attends sales meetings, sales training, and product training as requested
    • Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings
    • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories, etc., and their benefits to customers
  • Is present when vehicles are delivered to customers, ensuring the customer understands the vehicle's operating features, warranty, and paperwork
    • Follows up on all post-delivery items, tag/title work, special requests, etc., to ensure that all customer expectations are met
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
    • Encourage repeat and referral business

Sales Associate Qualifications

  • Energetic, positive self-starter with excellent customer service skills and a can-do mentality
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, handling multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
