Landscape Design Department Manager

Salary: $80k-$130k+/year DOE + Full Benefits (Health Care, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Holidays, Vacation, and 401k)

We are currently seeking an experienced Design Department Manager to lead our team of talented designers. This individual will be responsible for maintaining our high standards for design quality while meeting deadlines and keeping on budget for all landscape architecture projects.  They will also have amazing design talent, attention to detail, and the ability to train our team of designers to have the same. This is a full-time position working in our beautiful Bellevue office.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail
• Expert level proficiencyin AutoCAD and proficient in Sketch up, Adobe suite and Microsoft products
• Ability to develop designs and create solutions from concept through construction
• Degree in Landscape Design and/or Architecture or similar preferred
• 5+ years of experience with design-build landscape company
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage the Landscape Architecture team to ensure quality of work.
• Oversee all active Landscape Architecture projects within the firm.
• Perform internal Quality Reviews on all Landscape projects.

Compensation & Other Information:
