Customer Service Representative- Residential Plumbing

Modern Plumbing Industries, Inc. is seeking a talented Home Service Customer Service Representative. The qualified candidate we seek will perform important duties including but not limited to, answering telephones and emails with professional etiquette, accepting and processing service requests, scheduling and dispatching appointments, accurate record keeping, resolving issues, and answering questions from customers, and assisting with special projects.

We seek a bright, articulate professional who is organized, detail-oriented, congenial, efficient, and results-oriented. Excellent follow-up skills, numerical aptitude, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with Word and Excel required. Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and build rapport with others. Bilingual in Spanish and English is beneficial.

Previous experience in a customer service role at a plumbing company that includes high volume telephone calls with accurate record keeping required. Some plumbing, and permit knowledge is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required.
