Order Sample Processor

We are seeking an Order Sampler Processor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to learn our sales order system and accurately enter invoices. The Order Sampler Processor will also receive customer sample orders, process them, and ensure timely shipment. This position will work closely with the packaging manager to collect samples upon order receipt.

Responsibilities:

Learn and navigate the sales order system to enter invoices accurately
Receive sample orders from customers and process them for shipment
Collaborate with the packaging manager to collect samples when orders are received
Maintain accurate records of sample orders and shipments
Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth processing of sample orders

Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new systems and processes
Proficient computer skills with experience in order processing or order-taking
Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday to Friday | 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay rate: $20 per hour.
