Title: Machine Operator – Brighton, MI $17.50/hr. to $19.25 (After 90 days)
After 90 days direct hire:
- Raise to $19.25
- 401K + Company Match
- Quarterly Bonus
- Training for growth within the company
- Medical Benefits start Day 1 of direct hire.
Job Responsibilities:
- Able to read and understand manufacturing instructions.
- Work independently and function at an acceptable pace.
- Operate industrial equipment safely and efficiently (saws, lathes, cranes, and fork trucks)
- Can’t be afraid of heights.
Interested candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Knowledge of basic hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a ruler and understand shop math.
- Must have reliable transportation and timely attendance.
- Work well with others and a team player.
