Nightly Stocking Duties

1. Fill Ad products and any empty holes in store.

1. Produce-Fill Bananas and make sure produce is full, Cabbage, Lettuce, Broccoli, etc. Do not over-fill!
2. Meat- Fill Meat with back up stock from Meat room.
3. Milk- Fill shelves and check dates on all milk. Pull off milk 2 days out from expiration.
4. Bread/ Bakery- Fill bread and be aware of the dates on all bread and rolls and rotate, putting oldest bread to center of rack.
5. Frozen/Pick 5- Needs to be full at all times. Pull from Freezer and fill.
6. Assist Customers.
7. Make sure Sugar pallets are full and built up.
8. Dairy - Fill shelves from back stock dairy and eggs. rotate and pull if close dated.
9. Deli- Fill shelves from Meat cooler and check dates to pull close or out-dated.
10. Back stock- pull from back stock and fill.
11. Empty Trash and take to dumpster.
12. Sweep back room and get ready for next mornings truck. Do a Bail if needed.
13. Aisle 1 and Aisle 6 Build up Pallets.
14. Sweep and Dry Mop entire floor.
15. Wet Mop Floor or Run Floor Machine
16. Face store
17. Pull excess Cardboard or empty boxes from sales floor.
18. Clean Restrooms.

If manager asks you to complete other tasks please do them ASAP/in a timely manor.

Please initial each of the duties as completed and return to the MOD/Manager On Duty.
