Bank Operations Specialist II - Hybrid

The Bank Operations Specialist II is responsible for the day-to-day servicing of customer accounts. This position will process both deposit and loan related items that are handled by the Operations. This position will be responsible for answering customer calls to resolve issues or answer any questions. This position will work closely with other Loan Operations employees, and Deposit Operations employees to ensure that dual control and appropriate backups are in place. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; 2-3 years banking experience preferred; advanced knowledge of Banking Regulations including: Electronic Funds Transfer Act, Privacy of Consumer Information, ESIGN Act, Unfair or Deceptive Acts or Practices, OFAC, and the Bank Secrecy Act.
