Commercial Plumber

As a Commercial Plumber you will be responsible for installing services, fixtures and equipment within tenant improvement commercial environments. The work schedule is Sunday to Thursday 9 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Install pipes for drain, waste and vent such as: PVC, ABS, Cast Iron (no hub) and/or copper
• Install fixtures according to manufacture specifications and municipal codes
• Install commercial gas and/or electric water heaters and tankless water heaters
• Perform existing line locating and inspection of pipe and connections
• Perform manual labor to clean and prepare jobsites which includes but not limited to dig trenches, set braces to support excavations sides, erect scaffolding and clean up rubble, debris and other waste materials
• Read and layout from blueprints, plans and isometric drawings
• Install service for grease traps, waste, sump pumps, sanitary waste, water systems and utilities within a commercial retail environments
• Must be able to work according to current OSHA safety guidelines and policies
• Additional duties will be assigned as needed

• 4 years of recent commercial plumbing experience and responsibilities
• Computer literate with the ability to communicate with management by email, phone calls or text messages
• TWIC certification desired but not required
