The Position

As a Beauty Care Team Member, you're the core of our operations, helping customers to choose the right product, make the shelves well-stocked and organized.

If you can picture yourself informing customers  about hair product details, like ingredients, application methods, and price, organizing store to provide the best shopping experience, then this job may be for you!

Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon their arrival.
• Cross-sell beauty products, when appropriate.
• Identify customer needs and recommend hair care and skin care product based on their preferences.
• Maintain optimal stock-level on shelves and refill from warehouse stock if needed.
• Ensure proper presentation and organization on shelves.
• Maintain sales floor neat, clean and organized.
• Backstock the overstock items from the floor to the warehouse 
• Receive and assort incoming merchandise in the warehouse 

Job Skills

• Customer service experience in retail store is a plus. 
• Excellent communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of hair and skin care products.
• Strong organization skills and ability to meet all requirements related to beauty care department. 
  
• High school diploma.
• Additional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Thursday 12 PM- 8 PM
• Friday 12 PM- 8 PM
• Saturday 2 PM- 8 PM
• Sunday 12 PM- 6 PM

Job Requirements

• Must be able available to work weekends 
• High school diploma required.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Compliance with Tisun dress code and other policies in Tisun employee handbook.
• Passion for the mission of Tisun Beauty
