A beautiful senior living campus located in Central Massachusetts is currently seeking an experienced Executive Director. This large community offers a variety of living options (apartments & cottages) and is seeking an innovative leader to help shape the future of the organization.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate:
- 10+ years of executive leadership experience in the senior living industry.
- A thought leader with an eye on the future of senior housing
- Experience working within a continuum of care model
- Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)
