Great opportunity for a Technical Customer Support Representative to join the team of a leading area manufacturer in the Kosciusko County area! The successful candidate in this role will provide internal/external customer support, process dealer orders, and ensure a complete and accurate billing process.

Responsibilities:
- Process orders from the e-commerce system and dealers accurately and on time
- Deliver exceptional customer support, including light technical assistance and problem escalation
- Ensure accurate invoicing and pricing
- Cross-train to support various specialty positions
- Analyze data to suggest process improvements
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of customer service experience in manufacturing
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse personalities
