Job Title: Warehouse Manager

Job Type: Full-time/Direct Hire/In-person

Reports to: Procurement Manager

Shift: Days

Pay: $70-80k, depending upon prior expertise/experience

As their Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitates effective utilization of personnel to include scheduling, training, goal setting, coaching/development, and enforcing safety standards.
• Responsible for administration of warehousing to include inventory assets and associated equipment.
• Optimize efficient warehouse traffic, minimize freight costs and develop material/distribution forecasts and annual budgets to support business plan.
• Manage freight operations including analysis, carrier negotiations, pickups, warehouse transfers, material flow and scheduling international shipments.
• Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciles. Conducts annual physical inventory.
• Establish and maintain standard work methods/procedures.
• Analyzes and evaluates inventory and delivery problems and resolves.
• Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing and shipping requirements keeping abreast of existing and new requirements.
• Reports machine and equipment malfunctions to maintenance personnel.
  

We're looking for knowledgeable Warehouse Managers with the following background profile:

• AAS Degree or equivalent experience with logistics including transportation regulations and practices.
• 2-3 years in of previous warehouse leadership experience
• APICS Certification is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft products.
• Knowledgeable with Export Compliance procedures.
