Business Development Manager

Our Business Development Managers leverage their extensive industry relationships to cultivate customer relationships, develop and deliver effective proposals, and negotiate and win contracts to capture profitable new business opportunities. In this role, you will have a full product offering including transit services, video capabilities, access control, portable command centers, and surveillance systems to support the public safety and commercial markets. You will work closely with the team to develop growth plans and target companies who would benefit from the products we offer. You will travel by vehicle and airplane up to 60% of the time (including both day and overnight trips) to meet with customers and potential customers and present the offerings and the strength of our services.

To be competitive for the position, you will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of four years successful sales experience along with long-standing accounts or an equivalent combination of education and experience within the public safety industry. Excellent presentation skills, a high level of professionalism, proven negotiation and closing skills, motivation for sales, proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and a current, valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record are all requirements.
