Production Worker

Our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of materials is seeking a Production Worker to join their team. As a Production Worker, you will be part of the Extrusion team. This is a temporary position with potential for growth and permanent employment. The ideal candidate will have a background in manufacturing, production, and machine operation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Worker

Location: Poestenkill, NY

Pay Range: $18-19 per hour

What’s the Job?

• Responsible for the safe, efficient operation of production machinery to produce quality products within specifications and according to customer requirements.
• Run assembly machines, slicing equipment, or packaging processes.
• Pay close attention to detail and maintain quality mandates.
• Follow procedures, checklists, and safety protocols
• Inspect products for flaws and defects.

What’s Needed?

• Manufacturing experience is required.
• Extrusion and milling experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle small parts.
• Basic computer skills
• Basic Math skills
