Planning Clerk - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, in the food industry is seeking a Planning Clerk to join their team. As a Planning Clerk, you will be part of the Production team.

 

Job Title: Planning Clerk (7am-3:30pm)

Location: Pomona, CA

Pay Range: $18/hr.

 

What’s the Job?

• Staging all production work tickets in Epicore and checking the bulk needs to ensure we have the product to fulfill the demand.
• Communicate shortages and late order fulfillment. Interact frequently with sales and manufacturing personnel
• Update and maintain the Below Min Report and print copies for planning team.
• Work with Quality Department and coordinate re-package/rework requests weekly.
• Other duties as assigned

 

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1+ years’ experience in planning/scheduling or equivalent experience
• Strong computer skills to learn new systems quickly, along with proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP/Epicor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Willingness to work holidays and weekends as we are a 24/7 business operating through most weekends and holidays.
