Production Worker - Full-time / Part-time

Our client, 3M is seeking Production helpers to join our Warehouse Team. As a production helper, you will be part of the Production Team supporting A/C filters packaging. The ideal candidate will have availability to work 12 hours shift, attention to details and able to complete repetitive activities which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Helpers

Location: Clinton TN

Pay Range: $17-$18

Work Schedule: 6:00am to 6:30pm or 6:00pm to 6:30am

What’s the Job?

• Prepare orders by stacking a large numbers of A/C filters on pallets.
• Operate pallet jack on regular basis.
• Keep area clean and organized.
• Prepare orders by stacking a large numbers of strips on boxes. Seal boxes and place in pallets.
• Take work area trash out if needed.

What’s Needed?

• Must be able to pass drug screening and background check.
• Available to work every other weekend (mandatory).
• Ability to stand 12 hours of shift, push, pull, bend and squat. Lift up to 25lbs. 
• Must be able complete repetitive activities in a fast pace environment. 
• Self motivated to get work and achieve goals.
