Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote new and existing insurance contracts.
- Build a network of potential clients through various methods including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
- Assess the needs and financial status of clients to recommend appropriate insurance protection plans.
- Provide risk management advice tailored to clients risk profiles.
- Maintain and update client records and databases.
- Monitor insurance claims to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet goals for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Continuously update knowledge on new products and industry developments.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Agent.
- Provide a proven sales record: 2+ years.
- Active Life and Health license in Illinois.
- In person joint work with agents.
- Knowledge of different types of insurance plans (auto, life, health, property, etc.).
- Proficient in basic computer operations and statistical analysis.
- Goal-oriented with excellent sales and relationship-building skills.
- High school diploma or Bachelors degree.
