We are seeking a compassionate, caring, and dedicated Licensed Clinician to join our collaborative, multidisciplinary Outpatient team designed to provide crisis interventions and support to adults and youths.

What You’ll Do

As a Licensed Clinician on the Outpatient team, internally called Independent Practitioner or IP, you will utilize screenings, evaluations, and diagnostic assessments to develop client treatment goals and person-centered plans (PCP’s). The PCP’s will include input from the clients regarding treatment and diverse after-care plans. The Clinician may provide services to individuals and groups with substance use and mental health struggles to include initiating contact and working with family members or support systems in the care process.

This full-time position offers a flexible schedule Monday-Friday from 8 am-5 pm with evening flexibility depending on program and client needs. This position can be on-site, hybrid, or remote. What We’re Looking For

To join our team as the Licensed Clinician you must have in-depth knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and group techniques as well as their practical application in an Outpatient setting, be able to work independently, be adept at problem solving and de-escalation in times of crisis, and be able to provide on-call support if needed. We also require:

  • Full or provisional Substance Abuse licensure: LCAS, CCS, LCSW, LCMHC
    1. Dual licensure preferred
  • Experience in Substance Abuse services preferred
  • Maintain valid state appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
