Accounts Payable/Receivable Associate

HRW Companies is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable/Receivable Specialists who has experience in accounts payable.  

Job duties are, but not limited to:

• Collect and record payments.
• Make deposits.
• Track invoices for timely processing. 
• Process accounts payable's as scheduled.
• Make purchase orders. 
• Audit and verify records.
• Reconcile accounts and month-end. 
• Run reports. 
• Assist with other general accounting or business office tasks as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Understanding basic accounting and business office functions.
• Familiar with accounting principles.
• Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software.
• Solid organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively communicate.
• Strong computer skills including use of Microsoft Office.

In 2019, Joshua and Debra Williams became the owners and operators of HRW Companies, making it a 3rd generation family-owned and operated business. Joshua grew up in the business and after they married in 2005, Debra quickly joined him. They have 5 kids, ages 5-15, who love to help at work and spend time with the residents. Their faith in God is an especially important part of their life and is what motivates them to do what they do. The majority of the individuals that they serve have limited income and nowhere else to go.
