Our Company is seeking a CNA / Patient Care Technician who can make a difference in the community by collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to provide great care for the best outcomes and be a part of the 5-Star Patient Satisfaction Team. Responsibilities:
- Identifies patient care needs by working as a team and collaborating with the healthcare team.
- Promotes a compassionate environment by providing support to patients, friends, and families.
- Promotes patient's independence by working on the patient care goals with the health care team.
- Maintains continuity among nursing teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records timely.
Qualifications:
- Minimum –Completed CNA program
- Certification: Illinois Certificate for Nurse Assistant
- Training:
- Annual education, skills and competencies required by Memorial Hospital
- BLS
- Experience: Prefer 1-year healthcare experience, not required. 100% On-site work.
- Vaccination: Required vaccinations per IDPH, CDC, CMS and Memorial Hospital policies..
